Meet the Founder
I’m Celia Veronica Paul, a counsellor and CBT practitioner with over 12 years’ experience working across NHS and private practice settings.
Alongside Aromacee, I continue to work with clients in private practice, offering CBT-informed counselling to support emotional wellbeing. Aromacee itself was also shaped by my lived experience of grief, healing, and deep personal self-work. This combination of clinical understanding and real-life experience sits at the core of everything I create.
My work is grounded, trauma-aware, and compassionate — supporting people to build emotional resilience, self-understanding, and kinder relationships with themselves.
